Happiest day of my life...

A “roller-coaster”trip to Bintan

The happiest day of my life was when i was going for a bintan trip with my friends. That morning,I woke up really early with a butterfly feeling in my stomach.I was so excited! My mother sent me to school where i met my friends and teachers who were also going. After my mother and i bade our teary goodbyes,i went into the school and made my way to the assigned meeting place. When i got there,I found out that i was not the first and most of my friends were already there, jumping up and down in excitement. After 10 minutes, everyone had arrived. We thought we could leave straight away but we were wrong. We still had to wait for the bus to arrive and that will take half an hour.We felt that was the longest half an hour we had ever experienced!
Finally the bus arrived and we boarded it hastily. We reached the jetty where we were supposed to board the boat. After another excruiating 20 minutes where everyone was busy going to the washroom and buying sweets and tidbits, the boat was ready for boarding. We lined up orderly and got ready. When it was my turn,i went through the routine body scanner,it beeped furiously and the women asked to search me.I was so terrified that i nearly peed in my pants. In the end,it turned out to be my phone which was causing all the trouble.
We boarded the boat excitedly. No one dared to stand up through the entire 50-minutes (no need the 's') journey as we did not want to fall down.We reached the jetty in Bintan and everyone alighted the bobbing boat.We passed through the custom and saw our hotel bus coming round the bend.We thought we were staying in a grand and luxurious 5-star hotel but we were wrong.Instead,we stayed in 2-star motel which was infested with cockroaches and lizards. We were so disgusted that we did not even dare to step in.In the end,my lion-hearted friend took out her pesticide and started spraying it all over the room. She announced the “all clear” and everyone timidly stepped into the room.We were still on high alert.
After that,it was dinner time and everyone went to the nearby coffeeshop for dinner. The food there was traditional and it tasted was very nice.Quite nice.Everyone was then asked to report to the teacher's room for a briefing. When we reached there, the teacher started talking at 100 miles per hour non-stop about our Socializing skills. We sat still at the floor for about 2 and a half hour before we were allowed to leave.By then everyone was restless.
In the room,we called our parents to update them and everyone sat down on the couch to watch CSI:Miami. It was around midnight by then and even before the show had started,we were already nodding off.No one bothered to sleep on the beds as we were too tired to even move an inch.
It was a valuable experience and i will always treasure it throughout my entire life as my first overseas trip with my friends.

Clarissa's favourite primary school Memory...

My favorite Primary school memory...

I guess my favorite Primary School Memory was when I was told I was the school's prefect team leader, which was higher than senior prefects but lower than the assistant head. I was so happy!Although I could not clinch the spot of Assistant Head Prefect,I decided to make the most of it. I had a lot of fun bossing the prefects around because they had no choice but to listen to me. However, I was frequently scolded by my teacher-in-charge because of some misunderstanding. Those from my school would know who she is and how naggy she can be!I had a terrible time under her but I learnt a lot from her. I hope I can be a part of the Peer Support Board in my school. Wish me luck!

Hi! Angelic Angela here. This is my favourite school memory post.
When I was in primary school, my CCA was acrobatic gymanstics. I loved it. Now as I think about the sweet memories in my gym hall, I can sense a sense of pride and the sense of happiness as well as longing to go back. It was the hall that I trained in, the hall that I made new freinds, the hall that I always cried in, the hall where I smiled looking satistfied. The hall which my friends and I train in, alert and disciplined. Listening to the coaches instructions. Unwilling we sometimes may be, but knew it was for our good. Being oversplited was tough at first, but it soon felt normal. Holding on a handstand was really tough, but it soon became one of the sweet memories that is etched in my mind forever. I love my school. I love these sweet memories.
Favourite primary School Memory

My favourite primary school memory is the last day of school. We had a graduation party and each class was supposed to come out with a performance. Our class choreograph a dance and we spent alot of time doing that, but luckily all our efforts did not go down the drain as we heard thunderous applause from the audience. After our performance, we went to have our food. My friends and I were chatting happily but time passes really fast. Soon, it was time to go home.We hugged each other and tears rolled down my cheeks uncontrollably. Then soon we went home. To me, this is my favourite memory in primary school! :D

Jiayi's favourite memory in primary school

Well, my favourite memory of my primary school is that I am always very scared when I received all my results slip throughout my 6 years in primary school. Especially when the PLSE results are out. I was very nervous that I cannot get good marks. When the teacher announces the top 10 people in my school, my name was not mentioned. I told myself: Ok, this is not going to be very scary, but just RELAX….
Then, after that, my teacher brought us back to the classroom to give out the rest of the results. My heart was pounding. Will I get what I expected? When the teacher announced my name, and when I saw my own marks, I was quite happy and quite sad. The happy thing is that I improved since my prelims and the sad thing is that I thought that I can do better than what I had gotten.

Belinda's Favourite Primary School Memory

I remember my favourite primary school memory was the post-Primary School Living Exams (PSLE) activities organised by my school. It is actually a trip to the zoo. We went to the zoo not just to look and learn about the animals there but also to have fun in an enriching way. We had this activity called 'Amazing Race' and we were supposed to form into groups and work together to find the clues to lead us to our next station. I was extremely excited and thrilled as I love adventures and mysteries. What made me even more into the "Adventure Mood" was that the organiser promised a Ben's and Jerry's ice-cream voucher for the winning group! It was practically too good to be true!

The sad thing was my group didn't work as well as the other groups as we needed more time to figure out the hints and puzzles that laid in store for us. But even though we did not win the game, the most important thing was that we had tons for fun and learnt many new facts about the animals that we never knew before!

Though we were the 8th group to reach, (at least we were in the top 10), I still felt moody as I wanted the ice-cream badly after the long run. Luckily Bernice encouraged me and cheered me up a litte. So after that, we went home thirsty but over the moon. :)

Hello, Cristalle here with my favourite primary school memory post!^^

My favourite memory from primary school is when some of us went to Shanghai for an overseas learning journey in Primary 5. I really enjoyed the one-week stay there with friends and we visited many places of interest in Shanghai. It was really cold on one of the tours and we shared gloves with one another. However, there were a few times when the weather was not that pleasing and there was even a heavy downpour on one of the trips, but it couldn't dampen our spirits at all. Besides that, my partner and I also sneaked into our friends' room for supper, watched television and played till late in the night!(That was what I loved most!)
